What to tell us
The more of this you include, the more useful our first reply will be. None of it is compulsory.
- The property address or postcode
- What you would like to build
- Whether it is a house, a flat or a commercial property
- Roughly when you would like to start
- Whether you already have a builder
- Any planning history — previous applications, refusals, listed status or a conservation area
Photographs of the property and any existing drawings are welcome as attachments, but never necessary at this stage.
Drawings back in 24–72 hours. Measured survey to a full set of existing and proposed drawings — 24–48 hours for a loft or extension, up to 72 hours for larger or more complex schemes.
